ENTRY INTO THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES (“RULES”). SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW AND IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND ORDINANCES.

USF Credit Union Credit Union (referred to hereafter also as “Sponsor” or “USF Credit Union”) is solely responsible for all aspects of the USF Credit Union Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes” or “Giveaway”).

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Facebook.

ELIGIBILITY: To enter USF Credit Union Giveaway, Contestants must: (a) be 18 years or older, (b) a registered user of Facebook or Instagram and their term of use agreements (c) not an employee of USF Credit Union or an immediate family member of an USF Credit Union employee, (d) not listed as an account holder of a delinquent USF Credit Union account.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter via Facebook or Instagram, visit Facebook.com/usfcu or Instagram.com/usffcu during the Entry Period and follow the giveaway instructions on screen. This includes following the USF Credit Union page or account, liking the giveaway post, and commenting as prompted.

DO NOT INCLUDE ANY PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION SUCH AS YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER, ACCOUNT OR LOAN BALANCE, OR YOUR HOME ADDRESS.

All Entries must be received during the Entry Period. Participants may enter once (1) on Facebook and once (1) on Instagram. Each platform entry will count as a separate entry. Limit one (1) Entry per person per platform.

Entry or Entries must be posted by the Account holder and not a repost of other entrant’s work. Entrants retain ownership of the Entries they submit, however, by submitting an Entry, each Entrant, on behalf of him/herself grants USF Credit Union and/or their agents, a perpetual, fully-paid, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, display, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, televise, digitize, otherwise use, and permit others to use and perform throughout the world the Entry, in whole or in part, in any manner, form, or format now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, on USF Credit Union’s websites and/or any other advertising or promotion of USF Credit Union all without further consent from or compensation to any Entrant. By submitting an Entry, you agree that Sponsor has no obligation to post or publish your Entry, that all such postings or publication, if any, will be in Sponsor’s sole discretion and that the posting or publication of an Entry does not have any bearing on whether the Entry will be selected as a winner. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Entrant agrees that the Entry may be posted and shared by other others in various social media outlets and the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties.

Normal Internet access and data usage charges imposed by your online and cell phone service provider will apply. LIMITATIONS: By submitting an Entry in the Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant to Sponsor that the Entry and everything depicted therein: [1] do not originate from a website unrelated to the Sponsor, magazine, newspaper or other commercial or proprietary source; [2] do not infringe upon or otherwise violate any right of any person, firm or entity; [3] comply with the Rules; [4] do not contain any trademarks, logos, insignia, location signage, photographs, artwork or sculptures or other material (e.g., on props, costumes, background) that would infringe any third party’s copyrights or trademarks; [5] have not previously been submitted in a Sweepstakes or game of chance of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any commercial means; [6] do not contain the likeness or photograph of any person other than you and [7] do not contain material which is (or promotes activities which are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g. underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, harassing, defamatory, libelous, infringing or otherwise objectionable or unlawful as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

You further represent and warrant to Sponsor that: [1] you have all rights, licenses, permissions and consents necessary to submit the Entry in accordance with the Rules; [2] no person or entity other than you has any right, title or interest in and to any part of the Entry ; [3] you are not subject to any agreement or arrangement that would interfere with your entering this Sweepstakes and granting all the rights granted hereunder or that would conflict with any other documentation required hereunder; and [4] no animal or human has been harmed in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Entry that Sponsor deems to be in violation of these Limitations at any time. In event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person whose name appears on Account. Entries by any method other than set forth in the “how to enter” section are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of spamming Entry is prohibited. Neither the Sponsor, nor any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, artists or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releasees”) are responsible for Entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory; or Entries that are altered, contain the images of more than one person, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misrouted, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules; or for any printing, production, technical, electronic or other errors; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering; insufficient space in entrant’s email account to receive email; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees.

Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the Account associated with the Entry. Any Entrant who attempts to enter with multiple Accounts or under multiple identities will be disqualified. Sponsor is not obligated to communicate with any Entrant during the duration of the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. In the event of a conflict between these Rules and the terms of any social media channel, these Rules will govern.

DRAWING & NOTIFICATION:

Potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be held December 15, 2025 at 4:00pm eastern time.

The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these official rules, (“Official Rules”), and are final and binding in all respects. The winner will be contacted within five business days. In the event there is more than one holder of such account then the first person named on the account shall be deemed to be the entrant, or, if neither is applicable or reasonably ascertainable, the entry may be voided altogether by the Sponsor. The potential winner will be notified by phone, email, their social media account, and/or mail. If a potential winner cannot be reached within seven days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected.

PRIZE:

Two (2) prizes will be awarded in total. One (1) winner will be selected from eligible Facebook entries, and one (1) winner will be selected from eligible Instagram entries. Each winner will receive one (1) $200 gift card (Approximate Retail Value: $200.00).

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $400.00.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Limit one prize per winner. The potential Prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release and other documents including but not limited to tax documents, as applicable, except where prohibited by law. Such documents must be returned by the date and/or time indicated within such documents. If a potential prize winner fails to return such documents within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected through a random drawing by the Sponsor from the remaining entries. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification for that winner, and an alternate winner will be selected. All federal, state, or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Drawing will be the sole responsibility of the winners. Potential winners must report income to the Internal Revenue Service. In the event it is deemed during the verification process that a potential winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the prize, then that potential winner will be disqualified, and another winner selected. Except where prohibited by law, a winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Drawing Entities to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, and voice on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Winner agrees to be available at their own expense to retrieve their prize at one of USF Credit Union’s branch locations.

If a winner has an USF Credit Union account that is delinquent or past due, they will be disqualified, and their Entry will be voided.

DRAWING CONDITIONS:

This Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating or accepting a prize, entrants and their participating entities agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Drawing or these Official Rules. Drawing Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, illegible, or incomplete entries, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Drawing or winning the prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Drawing by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants, Sponsor, or Drawing Entities. If for any reason this Drawing is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor or the Drawing Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Drawing and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE DRAWING MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
