Ramen Riches Sweepstakes (Hosted by USF Credit Union): Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or membership will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor & Host

USF Credit Union (“Sponsor” and “Host”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to current University of South Florida students living in on-campus housing as of the date of entry, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Promotion Period

Begins 10/17/2025 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on 11/18/2025 (Sponsor may extend into December at its discretion). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

A. Standard Entry (1 entry per campus address):
Take a selfie with the USF CU logo or with Rocky the Bull (at our branch or anywhere you see the logo—be creative). Email your photo to ramenriches@usffcu.org with:
• Your full name
• Your on-campus address (residence hall & room)
• A short statement: “Why should you win?”
Limit one (1) Standard Entry per campus address for the entire Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same address will be disqualified.

B. Bonus Entry (1 additional entry):
• Member Path: If you are a USF CU member at the time of drawing, or become one during the Promotion Period, you receive one (1) Bonus Entry upon submitting a Standard Entry. Membership is not required to enter or win.
OR
• Equal-Dignity, No-Membership Path: To receive the same Bonus Entry without membership, mail a hand-addressed postcard (no envelope) postmarked by the end of the Promotion Period to:

Include your full name, on-campus address, USF email, phone, and the phrase “Ramen Riches Bonus Entry – No Membership.” You must also submit a Standard Entry (Rule 4.A). Limit one (1) Bonus Entry per person/address, regardless of method.

Photo Guidelines (Content Requirements):
Your photo must be your original work; may not include third-party trademarks/logos (other than USF/USF FCU/USF Athletics marks appearing incidentally in public spaces); may not depict illegal, unsafe, or offensive activity; and must respect others’ privacy/consent.
Photos must not display any confidential or sensitive information, including but not limited to student/member records or data, government-issued IDs, account numbers, medical or academic records, private documents, computer screens/whiteboards with non-public information, addresses, or phone numbers of others. Entries containing confidential/sensitive information will be disqualified. Sponsor may disqualify non-compliant entries.

5. Winner Selection & Odds

Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing on 11/19/2025 between 12:00–2:00 p.m. ET at the USF CU Marshall Center Branch from all eligible entries received. Deliveries will be made immediately. You do not need to be present to win. Odds depend on number of eligible entries.

6. Prizes

Three (3) prizes: A year’s worth of ramen noodles (365 packs) per winner.
Fulfillment will be provided as: (a) delivery of 365 individual packs. Approximate Total Retail Value (ARV): $130. Brand/flavor may vary. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash equivalent except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Winner Notification/Verification

Potential winners not present at the drawing will be notified via surprise delivery during the time frame stated. If winner is not at residence during that time, the winner will be notified via the email used to enter within two (2) business days after the drawing. Potential winners must respond within 48 hours and may be required to complete an eligibility affidavit, publicity release (where legal), and provide proof of on-campus residency and student status. If a potential winner doesn’t respond in time, is ineligible, or fails to complete verification, an alternate may be selected.

8. Publicity & Content License

By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your name, statement, and photo for promotional purposes related to this Sweepstakes, in any media, without further compensation or notice, where permitted by law. Sponsor will not publish or otherwise use any content containing confidential or sensitive information, and may edit/obscure such content or disqualify the entry in its discretion.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entry that violates these Rules or tampers with the entry process/operation. If compromised by fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is both the host of the drawing and the administrator of this Sweepstakes.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the University of South Florida, and their respective affiliates/representatives from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or prize use, except where caused by Sponsor’s negligence or willful misconduct.

11. No Affiliation

Not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by—or associated with—Meta, Instagram, X, or any social platform. Direct questions to Sponsor.

12. Privacy

Information you provide will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy - USF Credit Union.

13. Winners List

For a list of winners (first name, last initial, residence hall), email ramenriches@usffcu.org with subject “Ramen Riches Winners List” within 60 days after the drawing date.
