30 Years Later, USF CU Still Makes Her Want to Sing
For more than three decades, Andrea E. has trusted USF Credit Union with her financial journey.
Andrea joined while working at the University of South Florida, at the convenient branch on campus. More than 30 years later, she's still a member - and still one of our biggest fans.

"I just feel like singing," she laughed during a recent visit to one of our branches.
When asked why, her answer was immediate.
"Oh yes - because they're friendly."
Over the years, Andrea has watched USF CU grow and evolve. From updated branches to new services and technology, she's seen plenty of changes.
"These days I like the change," Andrea said. "Sometimes I drive through and say, 'Oh my God, when did this happen?' I have to stop and say, 'Oh my goodness, look at this. Whoa.' I just give them my praise and let them know they're doing a wonderful job."
But while the buildings and services have evolved, Andrea says the welcoming atmosphere has never changed.
"I basically just come in and have a good time," she said.
Whether she's stopping in for a certified check, asking questions, or handling everyday banking, she enjoys the experience.
Asked what she likes most about USF Credit Union, Andrea didn't hesitate.
"It's just a friendly attitude - the atmosphere. Nobody is trying to rush in front of you."
Then she offered perhaps the highest compliment of all.
"To me, this is the number one credit union."
For Andrea, that ranking isn't about products or convenience alone. It's about how she's treated every time she walks through the door.
"I'm in awe," she said. "I just enjoy it all."
