Richard Sellwood Named President and CEO of USF Credit Union

Richard Sellwood is the new President and CEO of USF Credit Union, following his unanimous appointment by the Board of Directors on October 19, 2026.

Richard previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, bringing extensive experience with the Credit Union and a strong understanding of its operations, employees, members and community partnerships to his new role.

As President and CEO, Richard will oversee our strategic direction, operations, member experience, and continued growth.

The Board expressed its confidence in Richard’s ability to lead the organization forward, citing his experience, understanding of our culture, and commitment to putting members first.

As Richard steps into his new role, we also recognize Rick Skaggs, who is departing the organization after many years of service and leadership.
