Meet Quanette - Happiness, Delivered Daily at USF CU!

At USF Credit Union, Humans in Finance is our new storytelling series spotlighting the people who make banking feel a little more human.  And there’s no better person to help launch this series than someone whose passion is as unmistakable as her smile: Quanette.

Quanette is a beloved Member Concierge at USF CU whose daily mission is simple, yet powerful: to make someone happy.

For Quanette, banking isn’t just transactions or account numbers. It’s trust, connection, and the small moments of joy that can brighten someone’s day.  But building that trust takes real work.

“They have to believe in you.”

Genuinely serving people requires patience, consistency, and heart, according to Quanette!  She shared how challenging -and rewarding - it was to earn deep relationships with the members she supports. Over time, those relationships transformed into something more meaningful.

Now, it’s not unusual for her to hear, “Quanette, I need this.”  And she loves it.  Because for her, every day is an opportunity to lift someone up—even with a smile.

In finance and in life - she also believes the energy you put into the world comes back to you. That’s why she strives to put her best foot forward every day, and why she encourages her team to be their best selves too. Her philosophy isn’t about perfection. It’s about intention.
